For production orders above €5 000, we require 50 % upfront and 50 % before shipment.
Payments are made via SEPA, Wise, Revolut, or USD wire transfer (details shown at checkout and on your proforma invoice).

All orders ship EXW (Ex-Works) from Portugal, meaning clients arrange pickup or freight.
We can provide DAP or DDP quotes upon request before production.
